i cant judge this because you never said what god of chaos the demon follows.
are we talking khorne, nurgel, slaanesh, or tzeentch? this could make a very big difference. -

slaanesh- god of beauty and change
tzeentch- god of secrets and the mind
possession can be a very different experience depending on what allignment you are possessed by. you might even enjoy the experience. so, which allignment are we talking about here? -

nurgel is the most family orriented of the gods of chaos and even though you are a horrible sight in the mortal realm, you are loved and welcomed like family in nurgles 3 circles of hell. -
