We all feel it at some point and lately I can't seem to deal with it anymore. A lot of things in my life are beyond my control and it feels like their is no escape. So what do you do to vent?

I sit and cry until I get over it, but I don't do that except when it's really bad, but most of the time I try to get my mind of things by doing something to distract me, or, I take a walk in my garden but only if it's a cloudy day.

tongue NewbieI started writing songs to help with my frustrations. To just your emotion in that way is really therapuetic.

Write songs about how you feel, well I guess then if you did that and took my personality quiz you'd get a higher score. ^-^

i_am_VAMP Novicei just sit and think...and cry a bit. Then i listen 2 music and do something artistic 2 distract myself. i usually can't stop myself from dwelling on the bad stuff tho...

Don't worry, the world's wind will change, we feel happy and we feel sad, and you want to cry, so shed some tears and you'll feel better. Trust me, I've felt it too.

Yeah your right, I usually use music and hanging with my friends as a way to vent, it's just kind of a long story and I just wish I could run away or something but I can't. But you all have good points. Lately I've done a lot of things I don't normally do like running/walking for more exercise which has helped.
