I get it a lot.
For me: Not drug/alocohol peer pressure (I used to get that a lot from my own damn family, though) but apperances and acting. It's almost as if I have to act, look and in general be a certain way to be accepted and liked by my own friends. I cannot do something different or be my own person without getting some remark about it. -
I know what you mean, that was exactly how I felt in 7th grade. That's when I started learning a lot about myself, and my "friends" made fun of everything I was interested in. It was my long time best friend who started hanging out with her cousin and her cousin's friends. She called me a freak because I started wearing black eyeliner and listened to Green Day. And that's when something changed in me. I started taking up for myself and stop going with the flow all the time like I used to.
Then in 8th grade I made some of the best friends I had ever made who liked me for who I was. I know it may be hard at first but taking up for myself and being happy doing my own thing was the best thing I ever did. :)
So, these days I would say fuk peer pressure but I wasn't always that way.
