  There are times when I can tell myself to be happy and there are times when I can't. When my fish died, he was the best fish ever! So, I cried and was sad for several days.
  
  When my grandma died, right before exams, to get a good grade, I HAD to be happy. Was I sad? HECK YES! But I told myself to be happy, and I ended up passing.
  
  So this "being happy or not" thing all depends on your point of veiw and situation you're in.
  
  Or that's what I think anyway...
