I have two that I can't decide between.
1. I was crying at a track meet and just in a really bad mood. One of my friends was punching a mat that I was leaning against (I had a headache and my eye was throbbing. I didn't know I had an eye infection at the time, but I did) and I asked her to stop because she was making my head hurt. She told me, "Well it's either I punch this or punch someone's face!" My other friend said, "Well I'd rather you punch someone else than give her a headache." It was so nice that she cared. c:
2. I was crying at a track meet (again) and I couldn't breathe so about 5 members of the team were trying to comfort me (I have a fear of hitting the ground from really high up and this kid pushed me -.-'). Then when the coach told me to suck it up and run the 100, my friend told him I can't and I shouldn't.
When people stick up for me it makes me feel loved. ^-^ -
The time when I was being made fun of, and someone told them to shut the fuck up
I did that myself, but it's more effective when two people do it. Thank you. -
I'd just gotten home from school and when I tried to open the front door, my key wouldn't work. I kept trying, but nothing worked. I started freaking out and crying hysterically. This man was walking along the street, and he saw me. He helped me open the door. Sure, it seems kinda small, but he didn't know me at all, and he helped me.

Oh, I forgot! Someone once gave me 5 dollars to buy a water bottle I really wanted.
I'll keep remembering these. -
dw1996 NewbieSome girl gave me a handy when I was 12. I don't know if that's a "nice thing" exactly.

My English class had finished and almost everyone had left the room. My sister and I remained as we'd just returned from a week away and were handing in late work. We spent quite a while talking to our teacher about various matters, and the whole time there was a boy lurking around in the back of the class. I was bemused to say the least, and as my sister and I headed towards the door he rushed over to open it for us. We said thank you on our way out.
This is an especially nice gesture as he was a complete an utter stranger to me. That gesture was the beginning of many others to follow. There is no greater kindness for someone who is a stranger to you, to treat like they've known you there whole lives. I carry that with me always... -
One time in 1st grade I was sitting in the back of the bus being bullied by some guys and I was crying, then Cynthia saw me and started yelling at the guys and made them cry. c': I still remember that.. Oh then I wasn't bullied again.

Someone said I sucked at playing soccer and this dude (aka my crush) came up and said, "No, she is actually better than all the girls that play." it was so nice of him to stick up for me :3
