How has life been for you? Are your parents divorced? Are you adopted? Do you have bipolar? I need detail.
You think about killing yourself, but something has held you back you mentioned. That something is hope. In your deepest of despair you still have a degree of hope. That is simply exemplary, when so many have given up. If we didn't have hope, none of us would want to continue living, would we? Hope is the birth of so many things. You have that, that is your foundation.
If you are angry and bitter, it will get you nowhere. If you are sub-merged in a pessimistic mindset and attitude, it will get you nowhere. You need to forgive those who have hurt you, because if you can't forgive them, who will forgive you? Are you aware of how much anger and bitterness consumes your energy? Anger is like a hot coal in your palm that you're desperate to throw at someone to hurt, but in the end you only hurt yourself.
You mindset and attitude is what needs to be changed first. Expressing your emotions here, will help, but keeping a journal and expressing your emotions privately on to them will help to release all your sadness and frustration. Acknowledging the beauty in everyday life will do wonders to your mood. Have you ever just sat and acknowledged a new spring; the smell of grass and birds chirping?
Always remember that the future comes one day at a time. -
You can't change your past, but you can change your future.

I feel as if our future has been set up for us already. Like, on a map. Every individuals future ends with a lovely ending. I feel that we are made here on earth to be happy and content. But it is not how it is. Tradgies, depressions, fights, happen in our world daily. What I think is that those people didn't follow what they were supposed to follow to the future, on the map.

You know, if you're depressed...you can take anti-depressants or anything like that. Listen to any type of music to calm you. Anything, really. If something terrible happens, which 97.99% chance it is for EVERYONE, then you must remember that life goes on and there's nothing you can do about it. Life can't stop just because something tragic has happened. It keeps going on and we need to ACCEPT that. -
El, NO!
