Thread Topic: Always help your fellow man.

On a fieldtrip to Chinatown/Gastown in Vancouver, BC, I met this old man with a dog at Waterfront station. Once I get my first paycheck, I'm heading back down to try to find the man, then I will take him to dinner at the closest restaurant, get his dog something too, and then end it with a gift of 25-50-100 bucks, whatever I feel like at that time.
I know a lot of you think I'm a complete jerk with no regard for the human race or even simple respect for people
Or just think that because I lack religion in my life, I'm obviously a hateful basturd
But this was how I was raised to be. I may be all that above, I may be a an asshole, a disrespectful git, and more...but I'm not going to abandon someone in need. This man didn't do anything to me, and he was so sweet about everything too, he didn't deserve this life. I want to help him.
I don't need a religion to tell me that I should be kind and caring to people
(NOR DO I HAVE TO BE NICE ALL THE TIME TO BE A GOOD PERSON -.-')
I want you to take this into consideration. If you meet someone who needs your help, maybe lend them a hand, who knows, even a penny would help
Hell, buy him a burger, you can probably afford one of those $1 McDonalds burgers :/
That is all. Thank you for reading. -
I don't know what to say...

(but I can't afford one of the McDonald's hamburgers. I don't have 1) -

I'm taking 200 bucks out of my next paycheck for the poor guy, if i could help him more, I would, but with my salary, I'm lucky I can spare the 200 bucks.
But really though, if you get the chance, help someone out, make their day. -
MoreThanWords NewbieThat's so nice. I wish more people acted like this, if only just a bit. :3
