My parents told me that I was a waste of precious life and they wish I was never born. They told me that if I was so miserable at home then I should go away. I felt really upset when they told me this, can you give me some advice on how to deal with this?

Your parents were probably upset about something and found it easy to take it out on you, but I think you should sit them down and talk about it, because nothing will get salved if you don't talk it over with them and assume things.Hope this helps
