Thread Topic: something that has been bothering me

So I was on the bus yesterday, and this guy sitting next to me is talking. I have my headphones on, so I didn't hear what he said. I ask him if he had something to ask me and he says, "No, I don't talk to your generation". I thought that was funny. He basically says my generation is boring, which I agreed with. I turn my music back on, but then I notice he is still talking to me. He starts to talk about how technology and the Internet are making people "autistic". Then he asks me if I'm autistic. I have Asperger's, so then I say yes. He then proceeds for about ten minutes basically insulting me, saying that my iPod is f---ing up my brain or whatever. If you had heard him, you might not think he was insulting, but after talking about this for 10 minutes, he tells me he doesn't really give a s--- about me. That's the point where you can tell he's basically just jerking me around.
This is bothering me for several reasons. First of all, I don't particularly like people attaching negative stigma to my disorder. I've always tried to veiw myself independent of my disorder, but that isn't always easy, especially when a--holes like this guy go out of their way to make you ashamed of who you are. I also think he took advantage of me, that there was a point to him asking me if I was autistic, like he wanted to make sure he could get away with f---ing me around, and he decided he could because I'm autistic and I wouldn't pick up on the fact that he was insulting me. I think what bothers me most is that I just sat there and took it, that I never pushed back at him with anything. b------s like this calm down when you fight back. It kills me that I can't defend myself when some jackwad on the bus insults me, but that I destroy relationships with people on Facebook because they disagree with me, and I have such a huge ego and inferiority complex that I have to argue my point until we've both insulted each other.
But yeah, it's just amazing how random people can make you feel ashamed of who you are. If I ever see this f---er again, I swear I'll f---ing murder him. No one will f---ing miss him, so why the hell not? -
I've never thought any less of anyone of Autism. That guy's an ass with nothing better than to piss people off and make fun of people. You're awesome tongue, something like a disorder does not define you.
-
Definitely, being autistic does not define you. Ignore is ignorant comments. It's not worth a second thought.
-
He's not even worth it, tounge. He's probably got some disorder of his own, and by making others with disorders feel low, he makes himself seem better. He's just a, a--hole.

WHAT THE FUCK?!
Where is this little s---? I swear I'll show him what a f---ed up brain looks like!
...This just pisses me off, don't mind me. -
Being Autistic is definetly not being any less than a human being with his or her rights. Having rights does not include harassing people publicly like that, and it never will. If I were you on that bus I would've told him to just fuk the hell off, and found myself another seat, if impossible I'd rather stand than sitting by him. You shouldn't take in anything he says, it'll only cause yourself harm, he thinks he's being so clever talking to you like that, when he's the one with the real problem. Don't let his words get to you, that's what I think, be proud of who you are, he's nothing more than an ass. He's not worth your pain.

Yes he does likely have a disorder, I'm pretty sure he's a psychopath. And actually Asperger's probably isn't even an autistic spectrum disorder. It is currently classified as one, but there are major differences between even high-functioning autism and Asperger's. I'd say the medical community will classify Asperger's as something completely different within the next ten years.
