  Hmm :I Start by asking an adult? I think the best method (although it may sound stupid) is to have someone watch you for a while. Like a friend at school, parent at home. For until you stop cutting.

  Then keep cutting yourself. You really think you want to keep cutting yourself until you get sick from loss of blood and infection?
  
  You want to throw away everything you've experienced, seen, and done?
  
  Maybe you should think about that next time. If nobody cares for you, then...well, why weren't you aborted before you were born? Why have you survived to be 13, and how the hell have you acquired a running computer with internet access?
  
  Those things cost money. Even your mere existance costs money, and msot people don't want to spend money on things that they don't care about.

  I partially agree with Nakita.
  
  Anyways, some people use self-harm as a way to cope with emotional feelings.
  Its technically non theraputical if you arent in the position of apathetic views toward death.
  
  I attempted suicide a few times and I never told anyone in real life. So if you really are cutting your wrists, you need to stop. It isnt addictive so just try.

  I also cut,basically Nakita made a good point there,y'know.I should follow it myself.
  
  Anywho,don't be stupid like me.You got a future,your so young.Who knows what you coulda been in the future,a doctor saving lives perhaps,a counseler,a superhero or whatever-just don't f--- it up by cutting,cause it doesn't do jack s--- for you.I've learned the hard way.
  
  Try to get other safe habbits going on,maybe video games,drawing,hell even a rubber band to the wrist is good enough.

  Try writing on your arm instead. It probably sounds stupid, but it helped me from cutting.
