On the base I lived on, my mom and I would walk the dog early before the sun came up. On the hilly area and stuff, there was a part you could over look the city and housing areas. I used to bring my ipod and listen to jrock. It was my way of walking and slight dancing, best way to get exercise.
Though, here in Maine, now that it's freezing outside, exercise is so hard to do. Dx And I need it.
