  Be happy you even got invited. I didn't go to any parties in high school, and I was too socially awkward to enjoy them anyway. Seriously, I hate hearing people b---- about how they have to go to a party where someone they don't like is gonna be. Try sitting home alone every Friday for four years, then maybe I can be sympathetic.
