In China,a little girl got ran over by a car twice and people were walking by and didn't help or care. >:(
I hate cruel,selfish,and rude people. Now the little girl is in the hospital and is hurt really bad. -
Is it bad that this made me giggle? Dx
Aw, man. Poor kid. That isn't rude, that's just obscene. -
This kid near where I live got jumped. One of the kids who jumped him was wearing steel toed boots and the kid died because he kicked him in the head.

The chinese aren't really that big on helping people, in taiwan, everyone acts like friends but you cannot show one moment of weakness or everyone will step over you, Asians aren't really the type to be...considerate unless they were raised to be considerate xP

All I know is if I ever see someone in trouble I'd help them. I think that people in large cities in general aren't very considerate these days. xP

I hear a lot of stories like this. I don't understand what it is in brains that makes people not stop and help other people, even if they don't hate the person and have plenty of time and money to spend.
