no one does it on purpose Carla. But just look at my most recent posts. This is the most anybody has talked to me in over a week. 3 freaking posts and it's more that the rest of the week. If that's not a sign, then I dont know what is.

thanks. i think he is actually the reason that i come on here so much.. like i didnt think id be able to get on gtq like at all with everything thats going on but i made time and even now when schools gonna start for me on tuesday i'll still somehow get on here. and bork, everyone on here who knows you cares about you, obviously. just the thing is theres less and less people on here who know you i think.

And it's true, there are less people on here who know me, but GTQ isnt the same as it used to be. Back when I showed up, if you wanted to meet someone, you ssaid hello and made a common grounds. Now there are so many Cliques and groups that nobody wants to talk to someone new. Thah worlds a changin!
But I cant say anything about it though. The Fish rots from the head, as they say. It's my generation of GTQer's who started this. So I'll have to live with my actions. I guess the main reason I still show up here is because I guess I hope things will return to the way they were.

thats what it was like when i started coming to the forums, i just showed up and they all said hi. i guess everyone was a bit rude to me at first though :P
it might be, but maybe not, seems like the new people are... I dunno, a lot of them that ive only talked to once or twice i didnt really like them :/
oof. i dont really think its gonna go back to that way. its gotten to be way too many people. they dont all know eachother like it used to be. its less family-like. I kinda wish the "old" gtq members could start their own little gtq all over again or something. -

Alot of the new members are xenophobic and only stick to new members.
And they are sticks in the mud.
And you're right. We tried to do it once, but there just isnt a practical way to get them to move. Not to mention the fact that alot of the older members have converted too.
