yea, but I want to do something about him, he might make younger people become really upset, and I don't want other people to end up bad emo or something, I just feel bad for those people who get trolled and cyberbullied and even bullied irl

okay no maybe not, he hasn't broken any regulations that i know of
but really though, people just need to build a thicker skin, cyberbullying doesn't exist since you have the option of block and report
