  if you have a camera or a phone with a camera, take a picture of yourself and plug it into the computer... thats all you hafta do

  do you have a cellphone?
  if you do, take a picture of yourself, and send it in a message to your Email. Then download from there and you've got a picture of yourself on your computer.
