As soon as I signed up for "Cosplayers got talent!" afterwards I got really nervous and am scared s---less of going on stage now.
Why? I was fine before, now I'm just going insane. -
Everyone gets scared when they know they're gonna be performing, it's natural. Just turn that fear into energy once onstage and you'll be fine.

I don't really get stage fright, but my best advice would be to tell the people (in your mind) that you're going to own the stage and if they dislike they can suck a tribble.
