I have 99 problems but... when I eat chocolate, all my problems are gone.
Like I crave chocolate when I'm frustrated at a problem that I've already tried to fix by communicating, ppl just won't listen (I'm convinced their brains are made out of hard rock fr) and when I eat it, I'm so satisfied. My problem literally flies away.
I truly think food is the best thing in the whole wide world.
Ok don't laugh, I talked to chatgpt about this and it told me to find some other way to deal with stress & emotions like exersise, drawing, journaling, take a walk smth idk.
When I get mad 30 jumping jacks don't freaking work.
What do you nrm people do 🤨?? -
well, nobody normal here. but I think its perfectly fine to eat chocolate, as long as you keep fit and don't eat like ten pounds of chocolate. so I think if you still have a good diet and exercise routine your fine.
