It feels so “cringey” venting like this lmao but whatever -
I didn’t really like today. I felt lazy
I’m going to clean stuffs tomorrow. Maybe even continue my painting so I can say “I’ve spent 10 hours on this” yk -
I also felt really depressed today. Maybe because I slept in till 11 but shhh
I have to nag my father to get the right apple sauce so I can actually have the thing I’ve eaten for breakfast every day for like two years straight -
Ugh back to school on Tuesday
I’m going to temporarily die/go to sleep because I’m tired -

I honestly doubt I’m going to move out of Australia atp, mostly because of the s--- happening in the UK and US and the fact it could happen in Canada as well
Still scared about Dutton (or that weird ass party the Trumpet of Patriots) coming into power but Australia is a pretty neutral country, so nobody knows the Trumpet of Patriots even exists or what they even stand for -
At this point I’m planning to move down south if I can’t get out of this country, and I’m fine with that. NSW has pretty good lgbt standing and Melbourne is just gay central

hey, ik there's a lot of s--- about dutton going on there, but honestly australias a pretty chill country by most standards (at least from what i've learned in ap geo, could be TOTALLY wrong on that lol)

It’s chill in the sense nobody really cares what other people do or care way too much (in the catcallish bad way yk) which makes politics really weird
Hopefully nothing bad happens and we don’t get a repeat of the s--- in America and the UK, but we’ll see ig -
It’s just scary how easy this can happen and how some people just don’t care that it’s happening
I wish I could be that ignorant sometimes but I hate feeling so helpless -

Hopefully you’re right and nothing does happen. I’m just worried about the Trumpet of Patriots party (which literally all they do is put out ads that make no sense so I think we’ll be okay) since it’s literally just this old guy trying to make out with trump idek -
yeah it totally makes sense to be worries. Just remember that even if he does get elected, the world will keep spinning. when trump got elected, i thought it was the end of the world too, but honestly, a lot of it is just waiting and seeing if other people will allow his rules to pass, and in a lot of cases, they don't. Most people aren't idiots, they're just unfortunately the loud minority

It’s just so cruel and inhumane what these stupid parties stand for, though, I can’t help but spiral sometimes. It feels so hopeless a lot of the time because I can’t do anything about it, even if it doesn’t matter in the end. Thanks
