Thread Topic: Who wants to discuss personality?
-
Ooooo ok. I normally do the enneagram test and then the 16 Personalities test and then check to see if they are typically the same. If not, I do the 16 Personalities test again.
-
16 personalities is super unreliable tbh, I studied into it and it changes it around 50% of the time
-
So apparently I'm ENFP type 2 enneagram. Wasn't expected at first but then I looked into it and related a bit more than I thought I would
-
damn my first thought was 16 personalities too LMAO but i’ll go check out the other one too
-
Yeah, trust me, it's longer and has more "sophisticated" words but it's way more accurate. Maybe I can give a link?

I promise it works much better. I've gotten better, more accurate results with this. 16Personalities just goes over mass extremes. This one gives you the one that aligns best with you and two additional ones that are similar. -
Mass extremes or not, still pretty accurate though. I'm an ENFP-A, and from what I've seen, it pretty much fits me to a T.
-
I've gotten different results every time I've taken the test, even if I've taken it multiple times in a row in the same day. 50% of people get different results every time. I've done tonnsssss of research! (▽)☆
-
So it may get some people, it only classifies people into two categories for each. MBTI is made up of cognitive functions, which 16 Personalities doesn't include much of. Also, another thing-- The -T and -A are unimportant and not actually a part of the MBTI typology! Hope this helps /gen /lh
-
Oh yeah, thank you. It's true, at one point I got INTJ when I did the test. But the other times I've taken it, ENFP every time. Enneagrams are also pretty reliable too, but they work hand in hand with MBTI.
-
Ohh yea, that's another way if you wanna do it that way. Rlly smart! Mine fits a bit too well (I felt called out about literally everything-)
-
MBTI IJNT IJN
Can someone please explain what these mean before i -
It's a set of four letters that describes your personality! There's 16 different combos
-
So, if you mean "INTJ", it means "Introvert" which means you want deep relations (usually), "Intuitive" or along the lines of creativity or mostly right side brain, "Thinking" which basically just means rational, and "Judging" which entirely means you thrive on structure (this is according to 16Personalities, which I don't recommend, but it's the best way to put it easily and simply)
-
hi there! i know this thread is a little bit old but you may want to look more into cognitive functions, which are different than the theory that 16 personalities uses and probably more accurate too. here's a link explaining it: [no urls]
