i just started researching dream shifting, and it sounds pretty cool, though i'm a bit scared to try it out. i don't really think it'll work, but the slim chance that it does is frightening...

so a lucid dream is when you can control your dream, and you are aware that it is a dream. dream shifting is when you enter an alternate reality in your mind while you're asleep. you write a "script" before you fall asleep about where you will be, who else is there, what you look like (if you want to change something), and things like that. but while you're in the dream, you aren't fully aware that it's a dream
