the less athletic kids in my school that don't want to do a p.e. classes usually just join field or bowling so that they don't have to do anything

does your school not have that? man, i can't imagine having to do a p.e. class. i'm joining weight lifting class next year just so that i can try and make my arms a bit bigger, (my wrists are only 4.5 inches around) but i can't imagine being forced to join a p.e. class just to graduate, that sucks

It does let people doing sport as their electives skip PE, but as I don't I have to do it 😭

you should join a sport! sports are so fun, other than cheerleading. the cheerleaders will always be rude to everybody, but mostly every other sport is like a family. cross country is an excellent sport to join because everyone in it are usually the outdoorsy outcasts or non-athletic people that want some light training or a basically free p.e. class waiver

I do out-of-school sports most days a week, so to me there's really no point in joining in-school ones 🤷🏽♀️

what is it so tiny, yet the work is so long and complicated. it's like children just aren't supposed to be able to speak properly -

unfortunately, they took russia out as to not "upset" anybody, but there are a lot of people in the forums getting REAL mad about it
i don't really care one way or another, but i think they should have left it alone because not all russians are "evil". they have no right to say that russia will be one of the themes and then take it out just because they are in a war right now. that's bullcrap -

here's what i've got for an outline so far:
P1, intro:
talking about myself a bit. hardships, sob story, all that jazz
P2, bear paw festival intro:
talk about the bear paw festival generally, lie and say that it's such a fun and memorable festival and that i love going there with my family every year to watch the parade
P3, talk about my favorite things about the festival:
talk about how much i've "always loved" watching the parade since i moved here 5 years ago and talk about my favorite floats
P4, the time i was in the parade:
talk about when i was in the parade because i was helping out with the cub scouts because they needed all hands on deck to make sure none of those "adorable little munchkins" got lost
P5, closing:
probably just talk about my family and how "great" they are, and how "great" my mother is for signing me up for this pageant and helping me "fulfill my dreams" of becoming a pageant queen because "all i've ever wanted since i was a little girl was to become a princess, and this is as close as i'm going to get to that." (when in reality i've wanted to become a mafia boss since the time i found out what they were. which was when i was about 5 years old) -
not bad imo, i should probably try really hard when talking about how much i "love my family" because i don't... i actually hate them all. the "sob story" won't be hard though, the hard part about it will be trying to make that paragraph shorter because i have waaaay too much not-so-good stuff going on in my life right now that after i start talking, it's gonna be pretty hard to stop.
