Nothing really helps me anymore. I'm doing treatment, but it's pretty much an everyday thing again...

I'm sorry to heart that
My favorite coping mechanisms to help prevent relapses to sh include
butterfly project (where u draw or paint a butterfly on yourself and name it after someone you think would be sad if they knew you were doing it or someone who you wouldn't want to do that to themselves. if you sh, the butterfly dies but if you don't and you let it fade over time, it "flies away" and is free)
not sure how good that one is for the skin considering some inks and paints aren't best on the skin but hey, it is a good harm reduction method
there's also snapping a rubber band which some people find controversial because it is considered sh too in some circles although i've never thought of it that way as long as it's not being done too excessively each day
and there's these ones too:
putting band aids on the skin where u want to do it instead of doing it at all
scratching up paper with a red pen instead and then seeing the damage done to the paper
drawing with red ink on the body (again, not sure how safe it is with certain inks!)
and the list goes on i'm sure...
overall, personally, i had to stop counting my "Days without doing it" because even that started to trigger me a lot. for some reason.
so i just don't even track that at all anymore and i am in a phase in my life right now where i don't do it and am even quitting nicotine for the second time with nicotine gum (i used to vape all the time but it was messing up my breathing) -
I feel that, wut usually helps me is either going for walks in nature or drawing sense that helps distract myself along with just finding it quite relaxing. Hope things get better soon.
