So, why do you think christians are evil, narrow-minded morons? I mean, some of us are morons, but most of us aren't. We're just normal humans.

I can't count the times I've heard that!
You know what? I've heard of black people who did evil things.
So all black people are evil, right?
And since the Zodiac killer was from San Fransico, all people from San Fransico are evil, right?
And you know what? Until I joined GTQ, I thought of atheists as annoying, mean jerks who lived to make christians feel horrible about themselves, even though christians really had never done anything to them.
Ya know why?
Because before joining GTQ, the only atheists I'd ever seen or talked to were exactly like that.
So all you atheists here on GTQ are evil jerks.
Right?
If somebody posts in a forum and says "All black people are stupid, retarded idiots who deserve to die", they'd be insulted like heck and most likely driven off the site.
I know that's true...so how come I've seen people say things like that (and sometimes worse) about christians, and nothing happened to them?
Isn't that...kind of...like...RACISM?? xP
My point is, yeah, there are some stupid, ignorant christians out there.
But we're just normal human beings. We have personalites. Some of us are rude jerks, some of us are nice and friendly.
I can say the same about atheists, wiccans, mormons, and any other group on the planet.
So if you're ticked off by somebody, please insult them, BUT NOT THE WHOLE FREAKING CHRISTIAN RELIGION. Okay?

I AM Christan. But there are a good amount of people that annoy me, by pressing their religion onto others. It's not the religion, it's the people. But not all are bad. -

Yeah, like sick said. People have always been a bit prejudice against any group. It's stupid. Just look at people as people. Because truly there are some stupid people and yet some nice people from every single walk of life.

its stupid how people insult other religions. i dont do that but my parents have i think. they just have different beliefs and some are even the same. i am also christian and it can be hard sometimes

I'm atheist and have my own reasons for being. I believe if you look around, you'll find narrow- mindedness everywhere! The Christian faith, blacks, atheists, and me! Sometimes we don't even realize that we're being like that until an outsider tells us! I'm not saying that's how it is, just how I've seen it. We all make mistakes, because as far as I know, we're all human. But it is wrong to say all people of a certain race, religion or anything else are mean and all that! Everyone has flaws, and we should accept that, but it's never going to happen. Because i'm one of the most narrow- minded people I know when it comes to faith. It isn't atheists, it's me and I'm working on it. Everyone can and should be respected for their beliefs. Even if you don't agree.
