My thoughts: Yes yes a couple of months is now the equivalent of half a year. Love math these days.

Mom: And now if you don’t have your room clean by 6-7 pm today all your devices go poof until room gets clean

Me: Dude I can’t clean my room that fast with that little notice you know how many boxes I gotta go through
Mom: And your closet is included
My brain: And this is why I’m moving out 12am on my 18th birthday
Me: Wtf no you can’t expect me to get done that fast
Mom: Well then do better. And I don’t feel sorry for you because you had all this time and you should have done it

Her: Well I need to go so I can get work done and you should get your work done like right now so bye
