Well, one thing that I've learned is that not everyone wants advice, but just someone to listen. Some people want to hear the positives, some want validation on the negatives. What do you feel you want?

Lots of things. My parents, school, and just overall stressed. I’m such a baby.
- lack of concentration
- moving very slowly
- unable to multitask as good as i used to
- slow response
- fear
- feeling empty
- messed up sleep schedule
- more sensitive
- sudden eating appetite
- always tired even though i didnt do much
- losing interest
- feeling alone
- cant open up about my feelings -

“Smile. You’re not smiling good enough, smile like a really good smile.”
“We give you everything you’re just lazy”
“Why are you upset? People have it worse than you and you’re crying over something stupid.” -

Hey, you're NOT a baby for having feelings or being upset about those feelings. Not having any motivation can be really hard, but the only thing that really helps is discipline (I know, super cringy and boring but it's true). Get into the habit of going to bed at a reasonable time, try to get into a routine. It can help you a lot!
There will always be people who say hurtful things, who are cruel and unkind. And it can be really easy to focus on them instead of the good things. Try making a list of five good things that make you happy. Think about those good things when you're upset because they matter more than any bad thing does. -
It’s mostly my parents that say those things to me.
