BUT THAT f---ING REALTOR SCREWED UP EVERYTHING BECAUSE HE WAS TOO LAZY TO NEGOTIATE ON THE HOUSE.
HE JUST DIDNT WANT MY PARENTS TO HAVE THAT HOUSE
BECAUSE THERE WAS LESS WORK FOR HIM

So the house that I really love is too far for my parents
But it’s spectacular -
It’s Edgar Allan Poe’s family’s old home
It was bought by some developer and he renovated it really well and didn’t go cheap with anything -
I really really can see myself living in the home and inviting friends over and all that
It’s on 12 acres of land. The house needs a lot of work on the outside and my parents don’t want to have to do all that stuff. -

If we’re gonna live there until we’re all in college then a home project spanning a few years shouldn’t be a problem
It’s not like we have to move into the “perfect house”
It doesn’t have to be perfect on the outside and inside
I WANT to be able to do work on the house. I really love figuring out how to make things pretty and I don’t want to move somewhere that I’m not able to do that -
Also why can’t anyone do anything right
I mean you literally ask someone for a quick favor and they come back like “Oh, I couldn’t” -
