She meant the best quiz creator. Not the fastest quiz creator and user who only makes quizzes to level up on ranks. Then when you take their quiz you get a stupid result.

Back to the topic of the thread, the best quiz makers are undoubtedly Xavier Kun and rightwing_fusionist. They have, so far, their quizzes stuck at #1 for a period of time.
Xavier Kun's What american accent do you have? has been taken millions of time and has been stuck at #1 for a real s--- bit of time. His quiz is goddamn accurate (based on the comments).
rightwing_fusionist's quiz What type of right winger are you? has been the third quiz (after Xavier's) to hit the top. His quiz seems accurate and I don't think the quiz was from pop culture. He managed to make it go viral. Hats off.
Ravenclaw_Kisa's sorting hat quiz is currently at #2. The quiz is awesome. She's also a good quiz maker, but undoubtedly not the "best". I won't nominate her for the rank because, you know, sorting hat quizzes are popular and if you just use some marketing techniques, this type of quizzes can easily get viral. -
