They won't let me forget the fact that I can't fluently speak mandarin or understand a lick of Min Nan -_- (I know enough mandarin to start basic conversations but i can't be all fancy with the vocabulary)
I'm Taiwanese, yes but I don't necessarily need it because I live in Canada, and I won't be returning to Taiwan anytime as an adult to live in Taiwan cause personally, I think it's full of scum -_- everyone's too judgemental and f---ed up.
it's like I'm a freaking shame to the race or something.
Don't they know I'm trying to make up for it by learning three other seperate languages T3T theres a difference between not wanting to learn it
and the innability to learn it. gosh. -
That sucks, I don't get why they care so much about how you look, what you learn, and stuff. You're truly smart and talented and pretty, even if they don't get it.
Learning languages is difficult anyway, if you're going to invest time and energy into something like that it should be something you want to learn and will actually use in the future. -
yeah I suppose so T3T But he never lets meforget it, one of these days im going to shove everything into his face and say 'f--- IT, I SDPEAK MORE LANGUAGES THAN YOU DO'
