The asvab test?
Armed Forces Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)
I was told last year as a sophomore by my old sergeant and colonel that I should take it so I was like "I'll do it next year"
*next year comes*
And this year the councilor was like, you should take it to see what you're good at, and I was like "okay"
O.o so is this really one of those test things that match you to a career
Or
Is it something that will help you get into the military if you score a certain number?
I'm kind of confused, has anyone here taken\ know more information about it?
Yes, I already searched the rest of page one of google results, but I want actual hoomans to answer for me. -
Oh and I'm kind of desperate for answers by today bc like I take it tomorrow at 7 in the morning and I kinda want to know what's going to happen in there

And for those wondering
You can get it for matching you with careers and military= career
So as long as you're a junior+ your scores can be used for the military if you choose to enlist
But it does what it promises about the careers -
Uh, nope. We kinda have that where I live, but it doesn't go by that name. I'm positive that we (where I live) have to take that as a freshman, but yeah.

O.o where the fuq you live? In the us you have it in 10-12 grade, and it's called Asvab everywhere.
