I generally don't want to try to sleep at night anymore. When I'm lying in bed, about to fall asleep my mind comes up with little terrors on it's own, that make me cry, then I can't sleep. I can't control it how much I try. I can only avoid this during the day, but the light makes it hard. But if I succeed to fall asleep at night, I either don't know what I was dreaming about(like it's just black the whole night)or nightmares.
How do I make it stop? -
I have the same problem. I've always had this problem. I would suggest turning on lights at night. My bedroom has a lamp in it and I turn that on. Also, noise may help. Television is a good choice. That's what I do. I turn the television up or I get my headphones to listen to music. The noise does make it hard to sleep. However, after awhile you'll get use to the noise and lighting. Sleep medication may work. It didn't work for me, but it may for you. Writing all the dreams you have in a journal will help too. That's what I do. My nightmares are always the same. I never have different ones. Mine just repeat and all this helps me. I've heard reading before bed helps too.

I can try with the TV, because I share a room, medication doesn't work for me either, like keep track of my dream thingies? I always get the same ones.
Reading might help with the books I gotta read over the summer.
Thank you. -
I think therapy would help.
I find it interesting that therapists can understand things about you that even you didn't know. If your family can afford one don't be afraid of them. I think I'd try it out if I could afford it.
Because what your describing sounds serious. Usually if people have nothing but nightmares, it means something is going on in their life that their subconscious cannot let go of. Therefore, it plays the nightmares for you as a little reminder to you, "Fix it the problem." -
Ive had it

Ah,thank you. I do have a therapist, but I didn't think it'd be that important.

Hope you can sleep better soon!

I don't get the same problem, but I listen to the Sleepycabin podcast on my 3ds before i go to sleep. They're funny guys, so it distracts me i guess.

Ugh
It was gone for a couple days
I was just chillin thinking about going to sleep-
And it happens, again. And now I see a common things in all of them.
It's usually about two people, neither are me, but it's usually male and female. The male is usually older. The female is always a child. Sometimes, the girl's father is in it. Rarely the mother comes in.
Someone is always insane, sometimes the father of the girl, or the girl goes insane by seeing something. The mother is never seen insane, but I picture she is. But never the male.
The girl always dies at the end. And sometimes the father dies with her. But the male never dies. Whenever the mother is in she always kill herself.
The girl always looks the same, long brown hair and brown eyes. I don't really picture the male. The father is pictured, but I can never remember. The mother looks the same too, brown hair with blonde streaks, with blue eyes.
The male is either a friend and not that older, or is like a teacher or a therapist.
Why? -
(The why wasn't an actual question)
