Well, yeah. That too.

Sigh here the f--- we go
-
What?

Just don't mention it. If you don't like it, then just don't even bother trying to get your opinion in all this. It will leave you feeling bitter and crummy. It is pointless. Just forget the whole "Oh, I am atheist. Don't believe in God, but I show do believe in possessed trees!"
Always the same, useless arguments, isn't that right? @ anyone who gave an opinion about religion, atheist junk, and all of that.
---------------------------------------------
Yes, this should be interesting. Interesting, because I think I will have no say in all this and will sit this one out to let people rant and ramble and try to kill some1 for believing something. @alex -
-Have a penis.
-Think you're a woman.
-Act like a man anyway.
???
-Be too young to know what sex is.
-Be too young to consent.
-Be too young to make informed decisions.
-Still be old enough to decide what your sexuality is.
???
-Have a penis
-Think you're a woman
-Not a mental illness
???
I don't understand all this new age gender thinking. How is it even possible to be born as the wrong gender? I really need a citation for that study, Dark. Also, the fact that people are born with it doesn't mean it's not a disease. People are born with thousands of diseases all around the world. Hell, statistically speaking, it's more than likely a disease. I mean, more people are born allergic to bees than they are transgender.
Also:
-God says it's wrong so I will hate you
-It's not up to you to decide what's wrong.
-It's up to God.
YOU LITERALLY JUST CONTRADICTED YOURSELF! But of course, sure, lets discuss morals with the atheist. I'm sure that's a fun discussion.
ALSO ALSO:
-No evidence for God or his existance.
Boy, how does it feel to have an opinion on things you have absolutely no knowledge of? -
I don't understand how someone can say "God says it's wrong, so I'm going to hate you." Um, no? There's no significant evidence God even exists. I respect your beliefs as long as you don't shove them down my throat, but saying you hate or don't like me because I'm transgender draws the line. It doesn't make sense. What's wrong with not believing in a religion? Absolutely nothing, so shut your mouth. You know nothing.

*existence
It's actually not an opinion. It's a fact, there really is no evidence of his existence. If you have some convincing evidence, without pulling it out of your anus, please present it in a rational way and then we can really discuss. Thank you. -
Hey mate, if you want to live a sinful life, that's perfectly fine. I don't hate you for it and neither does God. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, they're idiots. I'm personally gonna be okay, it's not my problem. I'll still treat you exactly the same as anyone else, the Bible's all about that s---. Just don't expect me to tell you it's okay, cause from my perspective, it's not. It's like if someone asked me if lying was okay. It's not, and I'm not going to say it is just because it makes you feel better about being a liar. I'm just saying you contradicted yourself.
I also respect your beliefs, so long as you don't shove them down MY throat.
Still waiting for that citation, by the way.
To Numbers, thanks for the correction.
It really comes down to what you define as evidence. Obviously, you can't prove the existence of God through the scientific method, since there's no 'God Particles' that makes up God, or 'God energy' that proves His physical existence. Since this is obviously true, we need to prove His existence through the hypothetical and the results and miracles He leaves on the world. Like proving a fire existed by looking at the ashes it left behind.
I find Thomas Aquinas to be the most convincing, as he defines God as an 'Actual' in a world of 'Potential' which places him at the beginning of a long chain of logical reactions that influence the world. I recommend reading some of his writings, they're really quite good. But of course, Thomas is arguing for a causal power instead of God explicitly, but the logic is the same. If I had to choose one argument to present, it would definitely be Thomas' argument from motion.
Or of course, you could look at the historical evidence of Jesus' existence, the evidence for the Exodus of Jews leaving Egypt, the life of Paul the Apostle (though the existence of Paul may not be evidence, depending on your views,) and any host of the numerous archaeological digs that correlate with what was written in the Bible, such as the city of Jericho, the Cyrus Cylinder, the Ebla Tablets or the Taylor Prism. (Don't ask why they're all different shapes, lol.)
Or you could simply be a p---- and listen to Pascals wager.
But look what you've done, you've made me sperg out about Religion in a thread about transgenderism. What a horrible person you are. -
I just noticed this hello
First of all, I did not contradict myself! Let me explain my comment properly. People think that it's okay to hate people because God says it's okay or some s---, right? But, for those who believe in God, it's not up to believers to make their lives miserable. If God wants to punish them, that's all on him, not on humans. I don't see how that's a contraction.
Secondly, I will get several links for you once I manage to find them in this mess of links.
Thirdly, I'm starting to get back into religion. I haven't decided on a specific one but I'm trying to believe for my family. I promise I won't shove it down your throat because I could never stand people who do that. -
Okay so check out this link, if you don't want to read through the whole thing check the reference pages at the bottom.

If you don't believe that people are born with it, at least believe that it's not a choice. People don't chose to like the same sex or believe they're another gender. They can act on it, but they don't chose to feel that way.
-
Hmm, that's quite interesting actually, I might need to change my stance a little then. Thanks for that.
-
No problem! I only recently learned about this in science and I'm sure you can find more on the matter.

1714: Just get over yourself for ONCE and accept the fact that your beliefs aren't always the ones that are the correct all the TIME. If you don't believe in God, okay, I cant make you understand! I don't hate anyone if they don't believe in God! But stop acting like you know everything in the whole darn history textbook! You sound childish when you try to flame some1. Just ignore the whole religion squabble and move on with life. We can all respect our "beliefs".
Ok? Okay. I wont take no for an answer.
