Thread Topic: Help.
-
So I'll just get straight to the point and give you guys a brief explanation:
Occasionally when I'm trying to fall asleep, I'll be thinking about something or just imagining a conversation in my head when suddenly, this person Im imagining or that I'm thinking about, will sound like they're yelling or whispering right in my ear and I feel like I can actually hear them right inside my room. When I open my eyes their voice disappears and I won't hear it for awhile until I close my eyes again or, I won't hear them again until the next occurrence.
When I do hear these 'voices' they'll be whispering my name, yelling at me, or just saying these random sentences.
It's not a common occurrence, it has only actually happened a few times and I'm just wondering if you guys have any idea as to why it's been happening.
I had thought that perhaps I could have just been over-tired but I wanted a few more opinions on this first. -

^^ I agree, or you might be imagining it.
Do you get enough sleep at night? -
It might be you imagining things. But it could be your "conscience".
I don't believe in ghosts or talking with your conscience, but others might, which is why I am suggesting that you it may be your conscience.
Either that, or your brain is acting up and you hear weird stuff.
