It was really weird, I was driving to work one day early in the morning and I noticed a car following me for a while but when I got to work it drove past so I shrugged it off.That same day going home that same car was f---ing following me, I didn't want to lead it to my home so I drove around and around town then finally parked at a walmart parking lot and it left past .I stayed there for a while, it left me alone when I went home finally-didn't follow me.Doesn't sound that intense when I explain it here but at the time being my heart was pounding.
This in combination with the experience I had that I posted in the garden forum-I'm starting to think I'm becoming VERY paranoid and finally going off the deep end or there really is someone who has it out for me. -
Not contacting authorities, because it could all be nothing but holy s--- though.

I would understand if you are paranoid. When I was little, everywhere I go i seen the same man. It was terrifying. And it doesn't help that youre thinking you are going fully paranoid. Maybe the car was going in the same direction as you?

Maybe there's a connection with that and what you wrote in the garden, it doesn't sound like you're being paranoid to me, you should keep a look out for this car again and anyone around your house. At the same time, try not to get paranoid though.
I would definitely see if the car is actually following you next time you see it or maybe they just have the same route as you and its a coincidence?
