How do you deal with it?
-
Do things that calm me like watch my favorite shows, play games and eat food I especially like. Also a hot drink is good.

Break things

^Uh, no, breaking things never helps. You're just causing more stress for yourself because then you have to clean the mess up and get a replacement of the thing you broke.
Well, in health we're actually learning about this: What I'm told to do is to try and do breathing exercises, meditate, stuff like that. It will help you calm your nerves, and your mind, and get that weight off of your shoulder. Eat lots of healthy foods that contain lots of minerals to help fuel your brain so you'll be on top of things. Also, sometimes taking a break and going with your family helps a lot. Doing things you love, like Ultra suggested, like listening to your favorite music, or your favorite game, or maybe a movie, nice drink. Usually the smell of lavender and spear mint really calm the nerves as well, so if you have any of that then usually try doing that. Also, warm water, such as maybe a bath, or shower really helps relax your muscles as well. Keeping optimistic is always helpful, because if you hold onto stress for too long, it can lead to depression. It may or may not be severe, but it's still not fun to go through, so enjoying a nice walk, or just doing some exercises and being grateful to be breathing in the wonderful air around you might help as well. -
