What brought this on? I bet it's one of those spur of the moment things that don't last. Be yourself and love who you are. Don't be something you're not. I've had clinical depression and the best way to deal with it is through positive sources, because negative will just make it worse.

Ugh,not to be offencive but I find it so f---ing annoying when kids/teens talk about going all dark clothes and cutting themselves and sh1t.I see it going on almost everday f---ing day.If you're upset changing you isn't gonna do anything.
