they're grouped together because phsychology in itself is stupid ass. its made to organize the human mind into neat "natrual reactions" to bla bla bla bla and they don't want to admit that "children" have unique speeds of development and even in most cases form unique developments and follows unique patterns, an they hate that they can only pretend to predict it, i don't want to discredit shrinks in general, but its been my experience that people who end up shrinks weren't smart enough for anything else. sigmund froyd was an incesteus coce adict if that tells you anything
