Okay, So go in your /bathroom. Look into the mirror. Close your eyes and meditate. Relax. Feel the vibes of positive energy and don't think so bad. Create the image of what you want to see in the mirror. Make your beauty from the inside shine out. Once you feel ready, Open your eyes and see the beautiful you. If you aren't happy with your look then try again. It takes time to shape your inner beauty. I did it many times and every time I look in the mirror, Not to be narcissistic but I say "Wow, it that me?"
To maintain your beauty you have to take care of your body. Treat your body with treatments that are very healthy and good. Exercise, do what you have to do. Your beauty will strengthen and you will be a beautiful person inside and out. Everybody would be so jelly, girlfriends that you aren't shallow and stubborn. If you have short hair, I suggest every 2 weeks wash your hair with commercial conditioner and shampoo, no generic brand, and treat your hair with natural Coconut Oil. Like, at Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, Actually crack a coconut and make oil, Do it! Your hair will grow even more and be softer than ever. Did you know Cleopatra used it on her hair! Thats why it is so silky smooth!
Remember, Take care of your body and it will take care of you!
Always be the good person you are.
Never give up.
And dream big.
