I found it with a simple Google search for heart surgery, but this is definetly a favorite, considering how clean the cut was and all. I dunno. Just really pretty.

I don't exactly see what's so beautiful about this. None of the cuts were clean. Look at the tear and stretch marks above their left hand on the primary incision. That's not clean at all. Also, sloppy work leaving the clamp to cut in to and stretch the flesh on both sides. Also, I understand it's heart surgery, but there's no neatness anywhere. Blood has been smudged across their stomach. I'm not even going to get started on how unethical it is to leave your forceps behind the lung when that isn't even what you're there for. Also, where are the ribs?
