Some people like me and are friendly or at least respectful.
Others either completely ignore me, close the circle on me, or make fun of me or complain about me- either when I'm in a group or as soon as I've left it.... I don't know why though :/ I try to be nice....
Is it me? Will people become more accepting and will University be better or is it likely to continue? It makes me so sad and for a couple of months I've being feeling down constantly :/ -

No, University won't be any better. In fact, odds are it will be even worse.

You need to understand that you can't please everybody, and that there are people who are just going to dislike you on instinct. For Christ's sake, people disliked Christ when he showed up! You need to focus on the people who do like you, and realise that you do all you can.
That's not to say you can go out and be an a--hole, but remember that there's always going to be someone who doesn't like you.

I wasn't actually trying to be an attention seeking sobber....but I wanted to know other's opinions. Maybe other people have experienced it or maybe even left others out themselves.
And of course it makes me upset. Wouldn't you feel down? -
There is a reason why they don't accept you... They don't deserve to be your friends...
No matter how nice/friendly you are, people will always find something to hate about you (take me on Gtq for example)
Don't be nice to impress, be nice because that is who you are and the rest shall happen by itself :) -

Whenever I feel like that, I just remember people treated Jesus the same way.
