The people on the bottom though, agreed to be paid the amount they're paid. If they don't like the rate they agree to, they're free to find a different business, start their own, or petition the government for an increase. It's hardly a situation where they have no power and therefore, not exploitative. Not to mention that if it was TRULY exploitative, alternatives would always exist, if only because no one wants to be exploited.
Also the people on top STARTED at the bottom, and got to their position through hard work and smart decisions; and filling the gaps in the market. They're earned the right to earn more, by working harder than the rest. If I go to school and study for six years to be an engineer, I deserve more than a guy who works two hours a day flipping burgers. Same theory applies.
And when the money is funneled back into the corporation, any claims of parasitism are moot because the worker is now effectively working for himself and the betterment of the company. -
Actually Capitalism now just refers to the fact that anything to do with the business is decided by the owners of the business ONLY
Communism is like a social thing, where although you have owners of the business, the running of the business is discussed with its employees, managers etc
You are just blinded by the fact that back in history, capitalism was unjust to its workers
Now even capitalistic workers can join Trade Unions and there are laws for limiting working hours as well as a minimum salary law so I don't see the inequality that you speak of anymore -
"Communism is like a social thing, where although you have owners of the business, the running of the business is discussed with its employees, managers etc"
That's better than capitalism.
Yes, they can join trade unions and there are limits, but did you know that socialists are part of the reason those laws exist? -

I don't see the crime in wanting to run your own business without other people interfering
It doesn't really matter who made the laws, it matters that they are there now so capitalists can not be unjust to their employees
