She's saying that you're young. Enjoy your life while you can. I'm not sure about the girl part though, maybe to be with your friends? And that you need to wear protection when you have s-- or you can get diseases and die. She wants you to wait until you're older (18 -29-ish?) to decide if you're ready to get pregnant and have kids.
