Well, it varies.
If you're a lazy fart who sits on their ass and doesn't bother coming on this website, then a long, long time.
If you're moderate on activity, maybe a few months.
If you're practically attached to this site, then it'll probably take two months or less.

It took me two months in total to become a Junior, while it took me only one month to become a Novice from Newbie but after one month and becoming a Novice, it took me another month to level up again.
