There's nothing sharp enough in reach, however. All I need is a few seconds to realize suicide isn't good so I give up on my knife, which is in a box somewhere.
My second reflex is to jump out my window and run away, but there's nowhere for me to go and the police would find me like that.
My third reflex is to sleep forever.
That's not really possible for me without killing myself.
