Here are my sandwiches:
Straight- PB&J- perfect balance of sweetness (woman) and saltiness (male)
Gay-PB- A good peanut butter sandwich is great, although I would miss the sweetness of jelly after awhile.
Lesbian: Jelly- really sweet, some great for cooling down on a summer day (If you catch my drift :P)
And the best part, You can make your own sandwich, because no one should tell you how to make something for yourself.

Well, I'm PB&J, but my actual sandwiches are gay because I don't like jelly.
