;-; I'm ready to call a therapist in on myself...
Don't mean to sound stupid but, what are the signs of being mentally insane...? -
Talking to your self
Cutting
Thoughts that don't usually occur to you
Seeing/hearing things that aren't there
That's the most i can think of for now. -
>.< In that case, I'm insane so far.
-
._.
Keep
Calm
and
Carry
On -
I'm definitely insane...I laughed when you said the signs...Manic-like laugh...;-; *slaps self*
-
Cutting isn't a sign of going insane.
-
those are signs that you're mentally unwell, not insanity (to strangeling and meep)
-
Oki den...I guess anythin's better than being insane...Would having dreams about killing people and liking them get me closer to insane..? Not that I WANT to be insane but...Ya know.
-
What Ting said. Insanity is at the end of the spectrum and if you were truly insane it's unlikely you would even be asking if you were.
(Also, I talk to myself sometimes. x3 It's therapeutic. Helps me get things in order. Though I try not to do it in public.)
I don't think dreams make you insane. I've had violent, sick and terrifying dreams, and they don't make me want to actually get up and hurt people. It's just our minds making up weird stories. Though sometimes the themes of the dreams can be interpreted as signs of what may be stressing us out or what's bothering us. -
>.< I know I'm not insane but, I definitely have a mental disorder. I took a quiz (I know their not the most accurate things but, this one seemed accurate) and got 90% on Avoidant, Paranoid, and Schizotypal. e.e I know having mental disorders aren't uncommon but, it's just that I have no idea how to go tell someone and ask for help. I can hardly talk. Everyday it gets worse. One day, I only said one word. Nothing else. Should I go see a therapist and see what they say? Or my school guidance counselor? ;-; I'm extremely confuzzled.
