Actually your hair has a lot to do with determining makeup. -
no it doesnt. your face shape, tone and complextion do. a redhead could have the same make up as a blonde...or someone with black hair. it all has to do with your face shape, tone and complextion...also the eye color

The hair does count :) Your eyebrows are the same colour as your hair...

no it doesnt. have you ever seen a make up commercial say "this color will make your eyebrows and hair look smoother and pop"? no...cuz they dont base make up off of your eyebrows or your hair. ive seen alot of fashion shows and not once have i heard them say "oh your hair is brown? here use this foundation". your hair has nothing to do with it. they dont make foundations/powders, eyeshadows and lipstick/glosses to match your hair or make it stand out...

you're hair isnt one of those things -.- i mean what if someone dies their hair purple? are you gonna use that to find their right make up? no you wouldnt...cuz your hair is not a factor.
