Pet store animals come from puppy/kitty mills, and I'm not going into details because I cry each time I think about it... :*( I just figured I would never buy from a pet store again, and I prefer adoption from an animal shetler, that way an animal who's suffered can get a good home and some of them were rescued from puppy mills, so...

ikr! but they also nueder and spay them without thre help of a certified vetrinarian! >:O grrr

I went into a petstore and they had taken some kittens/puppies away from their mother and they didn't even have their eyes open! RRRH! >:\

lol, this may be kinda mean, but i think animals should be able to maul people. cuz we kill them, shouldn't they have open season on us too? we are getting a little over-populated

LoL, yeah. I do agree with that. Well, actually I only think animals should be allowed to maul people if we are hurting them... They should be allowed to mual then.

but the animals were never hurting humans until we started to kill them for our own benefit. :P

Thats why I NEVER EVER EVER buy from the pets store.

tongue NewbieI've always preferred shelter animals myself. They need love too, but everyone gets their pets from the pet store because they have preconceived notions that shelter animals are "damaged". First of all, that isn't neccessarily true, and second of all, screw everyone who doesn't have the heart to take care of a "damaged" animal.
