Yes. We should have the right to choose what foods to eat, even if it does kill us.
But maybe there should be like: WARNING! FAT FOOD ALERT! stickers on the food so the people who are bad at deciding what to eat would get put off. -
yes it should be legal,if someone chooses to eat it its they're choice and the government should have nothing to do with it

i mean sure i would love to eat it every day but im aware that it is bad for my body so i only eat it like a couple times a month

I eat it whenever I'm hungry, or in the mood for it, about once a week, sometimes only a couple of times a month.
But I only do that so I don't get bored of the taste.
