I say let them get married. I think it's kind of weird (no offense anyone) but it should still be allowed.

The Godfather NewbieGay people should be conservative about the way they present themselves in public. I'd be for it if they could do it in their own homes, no PDA, and stop dressing in pink feathers. If they like their partner acting girlish, why not date a girl!? Let's not forget if this is passed the future generation will think it's ok to be gay, experiment, and catch an STD like AIDS or HIV!! This needs to be unpassed, or discreet.

The Godfather NewbieI can see how you interpreted my post, tongue, but let's get it right here. With the pink, and the parades, and the overabused PDA, it is becomming wierd to be be in public, and I don't think children should be subject to that. After gay marriage is passed, and believe, in some time it will, next is polygomy, marrying your pet, and then marrying you daughter. As progressive things get passed, more come it and it just becomes a mix of socialist Russia, and Amsterdam. Just look at California!

tongue NewbieGay marraige is not a slippery slope because it's not an issue of doing something for the hell of it- it's a matter of civil rights. And as for protecting kids, what's the harm in them knowing about gay people? They'll find out eventually, and if they find out earlier they'll be more tolerant of homosexuality. Of course alot of people have a similar veiwpoint to yours because they don't want a society where gays are tolerated.

As for you tongue, I like your argument is is quiet convincing with a civil point of view. But if this is passed, kids will experiment and get disease. Are society will take another step to the left and do other things like alow pot, and indoctrination of liberal ideaology completety and everything.
If I see gays being onservatively dressed without the pink, stop with the parades, keep their love at home, then I will tolerate. Until then, the should man up.
